How can I buy one?
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Grab a gift voucher at any Shrimp & Co. branch, or purchase online via our website. Vouchers purchased online are redeemable in any branch.
What amounts can I choose from?
We’ve got options for every appetite. Choose your own value from £10. No limits for those who are feeling extra saucy.
Can I buy more than one?
Absolutely. Mix and match denominations and load up in one go. Gifting spree, anyone?
Do I need to create an account?
Nope! Just give us your name and email at checkout. No sign-up, no fuss.
Where can I redeem it?
Any Shrimp & Co. branch is fair game. Come hungry.
Can I use it across multiple visits?
Yes you can! If there’s some shrimp money left over, we’ll issue you a new voucher with the remaining balance. (Old one retires with honour.)
What if I don’t spend it all in one go?
Same deal. We’ll hand you a fresh voucher with the leftover balance. Just don’t lose it!
Can I swap it for cash?
Afraid not. Our vouchers are for flavours, not fivers.
Can I stack multiple vouchers in one bill?
Yep! Go wild. Use as many as you want. We’ll still give you a new one if there’s change.
Can I split payment between a voucher and cash?
Absolutely. Got a voucher and want to top up with cash (or card)? Go for it. Works both ways.
How long are vouchers valid?
You’ve got 12 months from the purchase date to use it. That’s a whole year of shrimp goals.
Can I extend the expiry?
Sorry, once it’s gone, it’s gone. We don’t do extensions.
What if I miss the deadline?
Expired vouchers can’t be used so mark your calendar and get munching.
What if I lose my voucher?
Sadly, we can’t replace lost vouchers. Treat it like your last prawn cracker. Don’t let it slip away.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Once you’ve bought it, it’s yours. But hey! Use it as an excuse to visit us!
What if my voucher doesn’t work?
Let a staff member know. We’ll sort it out.
Can I use it during promos or offers?
Of course! Vouchers play nice with all our deals.
Can I gift it to someone else?
Definitely. Pass the gift voucher or email confirmation to your lucky mate and score some major gift-giving points.
Can I use it for takeaway or delivery?
You can use it for takeaway. Just pop by the store to pay. For now, it’s not valid on delivery.
Can anyone use the Seafarer’s Token if they have the confirmation?
Yes! Whoever presents the gift voucher or confirmation email in-store can redeem the token. We don’t check ID. The confirmation itself is the key. Just keep in mind that lost confirmations or gift vouchers can’t be replaced, so guard it like treasure.
