We saw a clear gap in the UK food scene: there was no go-to seafood brand for shrimp and fish lovers. Determined to change that, we launched Shrimp & Co. to deliver a vibrant, flavour-packed dining experience that would redefine seafood for UK diners.
On 25th March 2025, we opened our very first branch in Leicester, and it was an instant hit. Just weeks later, Birmingham joined the wave, with Broad Street launching in March and Star City following in May. Both locations brought the Shrimp & Co. experience to life with bold seafood boils, saucy shrimp skewers, and the laid-back coastal vibes that make every meal feel like a seaside escape.
Now, with more branches on the way and demand growing stronger every day, Shrimp & Co. continues to bring people together over fresh, flavour-packed seafood and coastal comfort.
