Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Shrimp & Co. Ramadan 20% Off Voucher promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Shrimp & Co. (“the Promoter”). By redeeming this voucher, you agree to these Terms.
Promotion Summary
The Promotion entitles customers to receive twenty percent (20%) off their total bill when presenting a valid Ramadan voucher.
The discount applies to eligible menu items only. Selected items may be excluded at the discretion of Shrimp & Co.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid during the Ramadan period and extended until 30th April 2026, inclusive.
Vouchers cannot be used outside of this period.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers dining at participating Shrimp & Co. branches.
To redeem the offer:
- A valid voucher (digital or physical) must be presented at the time of ordering or payment.
- The voucher must be used within the stated validity period.
Offer Details
The 20% discount applies to the total bill, excluding any items marked as excluded.
The following may be excluded:
- Promotional items or set menus
- Delivery orders or third-party platforms
- Any items specified in store as excluded
The voucher:
- Is valid for dine-in and takeaway (in store payment only)
- Is not valid for delivery or online ordering platforms
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
Redemption Rules
- Only one voucher may be used per table per visit unless stated otherwise.
The voucher must be presented before payment is made.
The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, set menu, or offer.
General Terms
- refuse redemption where the Terms are not met
- amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
- withdraw the Promotion at its discretion
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
